2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability. However, manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, colors, included equipment, or other product details without notice.
Product images are for reference and may differ slightly from the actual product. Please verify compatibility before purchasing replacement parts, electronics, batteries, upgrades, or accessories. Contact us if you need help determining whether a product is compatible with your RC vehicle.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or modify an order affected by an error.
Items shown as available online may occasionally become unavailable because inventory can also be sold through our physical retail store.
4. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Payments
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
6. Shipping and Pickup
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of R/C Hobby of Medina.
Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain products, including batteries and other regulated items.
Orders designated for store pickup must be picked up at our Medina, Ohio retail location in accordance with the pickup instructions provided with the order.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and eligibility requirements are governed by our Return Policy. Customers should review that policy before making a purchase.
Certain products may have additional restrictions once opened, installed, used, assembled, programmed, charged, fueled, or otherwise placed into service.
8. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by R/C Hobby of Medina are covered by warranties provided directly by their manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and product.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, manufacturer warranty claims may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer. We are happy to help customers identify the appropriate manufacturer or warranty process when possible.

RC vehicles, batteries, chargers, electronics, tools, and related hobby products must be operated and maintained according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety guidelines.
Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate products, properly operating and maintaining their equipment, supervising minors when appropriate, and following manufacturer safety instructions.
Lithium polymer (LiPo) and other rechargeable batteries require appropriate charging, storage, handling, and disposal procedures. Always follow the battery and charger manufacturer's instructions.
10. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial shopping purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use website content in violation of applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Content created by R/C Hobby of Medina, including original text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials, may not be reproduced or distributed without permission except as permitted by law.
Product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R/C Hobby of Medina is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of products purchased from us or use of our website.
