R/C Hobby of Medina Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have questions about compatibility, fitment, or product selection.

General Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in new, resalable condition, with all original packaging, seals, manuals, accessories, and included materials intact.

Proof of purchase from R/C Hobby of Medina is required for all returns.

After 15 days, merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Opened Items

Opened merchandise is not returnable.

Once a product's packaging or factory seal has been opened, the item is considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• RC vehicles
• Electronic components and electronics
• Batteries
• Any opened merchandise
• Products that have been installed, assembled, used, modified, programmed, soldered, charged, damaged, or altered

Please verify that a product is appropriate for your application before purchasing or opening it. If you're unsure which part, battery, electronic component, or RC vehicle you need, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranties

A defective product is not necessarily handled as a standard return.

Many RC vehicles, electronics, batteries, chargers, radios, servos, motors, speed controls, and other hobby products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage and procedures vary by manufacturer.

When applicable, defective products may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

R/C Hobby of Medina will be happy to help identify the appropriate manufacturer and provide reasonable assistance with determining the correct warranty process.

Incorrect or Damaged Online Orders

If you receive an incorrect item because of an error by R/C Hobby of Medina, please contact us promptly so we can correct the problem.

If an order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us promptly and retain the product, original packaging, shipping carton, and packing materials. Photographs may be requested to assist with a shipping or carrier claim.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns unless the return is the result of an error by R/C Hobby of Medina or otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except when required by applicable law or when the return results from an error by R/C Hobby of Medina.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
