Thank you for shopping with R/C Hobby of Medina. We want to make ordering your RC vehicles, parts, accessories, batteries, electronics, and upgrades as easy as possible.

Order Processing

We make every effort to process online orders promptly during our normal business days. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends when we are closed, or on holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

Occasionally, an item shown online may become unavailable because our online store and physical retail location share inventory. If there is a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping charges may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and type of products ordered.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by R/C Hobby of Medina. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Batteries & Restricted Shipping Items

Certain products, particularly lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries and other regulated items, may be subject to special shipping requirements or carrier restrictions. Some products may not qualify for certain shipping methods or destinations.

If an item in your order cannot be shipped using the method selected, we will contact you when necessary.

In-Store Pickup

When available, customers may select in-store pickup during checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If your order appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and R/C Hobby of Medina as soon as possible.

Please retain the original packaging, shipping box, and packing materials if an item arrives damaged, as these may be required for a carrier claim.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an online order can be processed.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be able to be changed or canceled.
